Gracie Loves to Eat!!

Gracie had her four month check up last Thursday and Dr. Walter’s gave her the okay to start eating solids.  Mommy and Daddy were very excited because hopefully this means Gracie’s belly will start keeping her full through the night so they can get some sleep.  At first Gracie didn’t like her cereal but after Mommy spoke to her GiGi Krebs who said to mix some peaches in with the cereal Gracie LOVED it.  Here are some pics of her enjoying her food:

          

Grace’s New Talent (or bad habit depending how you look at it)

Last Friday upon returning home from daycare Grace demonstrated a new trick she learned to do with her hands.  Suck her thumb!!  While her daddy thinks this is cute and endearing her mommy thinks of the impending braces and bills to the orthodonist.  Here are a few pics of her self-soothing while sitting in her swing:

        

Summer 2008…So Far!!!

Grace has had lots of fun so far this summer.  Brad and I have been really enjoying watching her grow and develop her own personality.

She’s learned to smile and found her hands….

           

She spent some fun time with her Pa-Paw…

She loved being outside in her shades and playing with Stella…

         

She also got to try out her jumperoo.  At first it was to high, but with a little innovation we fixed the problem.
