Visit to the Petting Zoo!!

Today we went to the Franklin Street Festival to see all the crafts, rides, and of course eat some food.  Gracie, however, really enjoyed seeing the ponies at the pony ride and all the animals at the petting zoo.  While she did try to eat the animal food on more than one occasion she really like playing with the ducks, donkey, llamas, pig, and goats.  Below are some pictures of her good time!!

Gracie’s First Birthday Party!!!

On April 18th we celebrated Gracie’s first birthday party and had LOADS of FUN!!  We had the party at Long Hunter State Park and invited all of our family and friends.  We really missed Gracie’s Aunt Betty, Uncle Frank, and Cousin’s Ashley and Camden but we are sure we’ll see them soon.  Gracie got a bubble car from her Nonna and Papaw and she loved taking it for a ride.  Gracie also REALLY liked her cake.  Here are some pictures from her big day!!!

Happy Easter!!

Today we celebrated Gracie’s first Easter.  We had a great time at church and then Daddy went to play golf and Gracie and Mommy stayed and played with LaLa, Mer, Nathan, and Noley the puppy.  Gracie is getting to be such a big girl and looked so pretty in her dress we had a mini photo shoot.  Gracie also enjoyed eating her first peep even though her face turned yellow and her hands stuck together.  Enjoy the pictures!!!

Yard Work

Today was a beautiful day outside and Gracie helped us do some yard work.  She is an excellent supervisor and cheerleader.  After watching us trim the hedges Gracie strapped on the Baby Bjorn and helped mommy spread the weed and seed.  After that we played in the playhouse with Stella.  Here are some pictures of our great time!!

Noley & the Playhouse!!!

We bought Gracie a playhouse for her first birthday present and Aunt Mer & Nathan were nice enough to pick it up in Nathan’s truck. Aunt Mer brought Noley along to play with Gracie and Stella. Gracie was not as sure of Noley this time because Noley likes to nip at her hands a bit.  Gracie really liked her new playhouse though and will sure have lots of fun playing with Kailey her best friend and the nanny’s daughter.  Here are some videos (check out the shout out Adrienne!!):

The Newest Basketball Star

Gracie’s daddy got a basketball goal for his birthday and she loves to watch him play and shoot a few hoops herself.  She even has a mini basketball that is just her size. She is really good at dunking, it must be the Hoosier in her from her mom.  Here are a couple pics of her shooting hoops with her dad.
